Accommodation description
Family business, warm and intimate environment! Basic & simply neat, single-room rental rooms, 2 floors, kitchenettes, and all the basic amenities! Check-in 14.00-Check out 10.00. Access by stairs, no elevator. Cleaning* 5 days/week 13.00-14.30, if the room is free. Each single-room studio provides: 2 single beds or 1 double, additional bunk beds in the Family rooms, ranch, or sofa bed for the triple rooms. Bathroom with shower, wardrobe, table-chairs, balcony with mountain or castle/sea view or private, clothes rack, hairdryer, Free Wi-Fi, TV, kitchenette, A/c, food items & body cleaning amenities. Access to the terrace, after organizing an event and the space. Transportation to & from the airport/port is available upon request, by collaborating taxis at an additional charge.
In more detail: Equipped kitchenette with hobs (+microwave in family rooms), toaster, kettle, fridge, and dishwashing detergent. Bathroom care-cleaning items, toast spreads & drinks in sachets to start your day! We can accommodate up to medium pets, upon request. Babies up to 2 years old are accommodated free of charge and we provide them with a playpen and a bottle warmer upon availability, baby dishes, and a surprise gift for their care!

*Cleaning policy: Upon your arrival, you will find clean, sterile, ready-made bed linen and towels. These are changed on the 4th day of your stay (after 3 nights), provided that the stay is at least 5 nights or if it is necessary to change any of the existing ones or earlier, upon request. Daily cleaning is carried out after you have left the room and is free between 12.30 and 14.00 & concerns: sweeping-mopping, garbage disposal, and making the beds linen that is already in the room.
Payment: Payment for the reservation is made upon your arrival at the accommodation, provided that it has not been prepaid.
